Shipping Policy for Artworks

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Below is our detailed packaging and shipping process:

Rolled Art

  • The artwork is carefully rolled with protective tissue paper to prevent any damage.

  • It is then securely placed inside a durable Kraft tube, designed to provide maximum protection during transit.

Framed Art

  • Once printed, the artwork is professionally framed by our skilled team.

  • Protective cardboard corner guards are added to minimize the risk of damage.

  • The framed piece is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap for enhanced protection.

  • It is then packed securely in a custom shipping box to ensure safe delivery.

Size & Colour Disclaimer

  • Artwork sizes are accurate, but minor variations of ±5% to 7% may occur due to the original painting’s shape and dimensions.

  • Colours may slightly differ from what you see on your screen due to variations in display settings and resolution.

Shipping Policy

Coverage:

  • We ship to major locations across India. However, some areas may not be serviceable. Please check your PIN code before placing an order.

Free Shipping:

  • Orders above Rs. 1000/- qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Fee:

  • A flat shipping charge of Rs. 200/- applies to orders below Rs. 1000/-.

  • We typically require 3-5 working days (Monday to Saturday) to process your order after it has been placed. Once processing is complete, we proceed with shipping. Delivery times may vary as we partner with third-party logistics providers for shipping.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging for assessment.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • A replacement or refund will be processed after we receive the returned item.

Please note: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  • As we begin production immediately after receiving an order, cancellations beyond this window cannot be accommodated.

We process returns and refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product has a defect.

  • You received an incorrect item due to an error in processing.

Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. The amount should be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

Return Timeline
If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, we will begin the return process within 3-4 days.
